Women's Ministry Teams

The Women's Ministry at Community Bible Church is made up of five core teams and numerous event teams.  CBC hosts many special events throughout the year including banquets, retreats, and dinners.  A lot of work and planning goes into any one of these events.  Those who serve on the core and event teams use their gifts to assist in numerous ways.

Core Teams
These teams are generally made up of 6-8 members of CBC.  The length of service on the team is typically 2-3 years. Ideally, two members will rotate off the team each year.  The current core teams are:

• Food
• Funeral
• Nursery
• Hospitality
• Kitchen

Event Teams
Members of these teams are asked to serve for one year.  Members can volunteer to be on any of these teams at the annual Women's Ministry meeting.  The current event teams are:

• Christmas Dinner
• Christmas Flowers
• College Care Packages
• Easter Flowers
• Father/Daughter Date Night
• Mother's Day Tea
• Operation Christmas Child
• Outreach
• Photo Board
• Valentine's Banquet
• Women's Retreat
