CBC Women's Ministry

Kathy is a regular speaker at Summit Ministries, an author, and a researcher whose life’s work is shaped by strong family relationships, intentional encouragement, and a deep confidence in God’s design. She and her team will present MindStyles training. We will learn how communication becomes more effective when we adapt how we teach, guide, or encourage others to match how they think-whether they need clarity, explanation, relationship, or hands-on experience. Rather than changing the message, the goal is to deliver it in a way that helps people feel understood, grow in confidence and belonging, and better live out their purpose, following the example of Jesus.
