Introducing FP&P

My main goal as pastor of CBC is to communicate the gospel. This can be done in different ways. The main way is through the Sunday morning sermon. Another way is through writing.

Reading and writing are gifts from God. God has preserved his revelation to us in a book, not in an audio or video file. Christians have always valued reading and writing. I want to continue this trend.


Each week, I will post a manuscript of my sermon on the church website. If you have further questions regarding my sermon, the manuscript could be of service to you. Also, I plan to provide a handout in the weekly bulletin regarding a theological or ethical issue that is on my heart. We are working on making this bulletin available online as well.


My goal in all of this is to build you up in “the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ” (2 Pet 3:18).
